And me !

Actually I know of 12, 9 of whom I know have completed.
Got back yesterday from a trip out. As expected, no work done on the hotel. I'm yet to see a living soul there!

Shhhh, My Karma will be taking a kicking. I get enough stick about City on here!

Off to the match shortly V Liverpool. We are putting on a light show. One of my mates said we have to do something to compete with the scousers because next week, they're burning a cross in the centre circle !

Re: ROYAL PARK AND SPA 15 Jan 2012 10:32 #3919

Hi Guys, Yes we have only just recently completed. So the Hotel is still a shell. We are just in the process of ordering furnishings, phew it's been a long 5 years wait.

Wow!

Is that how long it's been?

Hopefully we will see the hotel built and up and running very soon.

Congratulations on your completion.

Thanks Alan for your e mail, and I am sure we will be taking up some of your offers of advice. In particular the Apartment security etc.

Thanks guys for the welcome, we are in the process of agreeing the quote from Claire, hopefully this will be sorted and furnished as soon as, now.

It's been a long and rocky 5 years, but hopefully we can start to get some use out of it now.

Hi all,
My daughter Laura hopes to complete very shortly, it's been a long and worrying ride
but hopefully it will come to an end very soon.
She was hoping to get her furniture in Ikea in Sofia, "your thoughts would be appreciated".

Hi Donal, great news yes it has been a rocky ride for us but it's all signed and sorted now. Only our opinion but for us time is of importance and we have used a lady called Claire Dryden, very thorough and she sorts everything and you can just go there and enjoy,,,,,, all utensils bedding everything included, why not drop Claire an e mail, her e mail is claire@sylvan-furniture.com. She really has been so helpful and it is good to have when we are so far away.

Another completer! Excellent. I agree that Claire is excellent. If your daughter wants IKEA furniture (We did this to save money) Simon Temblett will organise everything, you can choose in the UK and send him a list, he will collect it and install everything down to the cutlery in the drawer. He also does any other repairs, fit kitchens etc. Not advertising! Just recommending based on my experience.

Please be aware though that prices aren't exactly the same in every IKEA and special offers are different. I think our IKEA stuff was around 15% more than the UK prices overall.

If you're interested, it cost £2800 all in but that included a few repairs to our apartment, some new appliances and we chose the better quality furniture, bedding, curtains, mattresses etc for a 1 bed apt.

You could "check out" the new "exotic" club on Pirin St and send some pics. Actually, do you know if the St Ivan Rilski will let us pay to use their shuttle buses?
