Hi to all owners
Over the last few years it has been a worrying time to phase 1 and 2 owners whether the complex to our holiday home would materialise, this was not made any easier due to the fact that when we did holiday there especially out of season the management company restricted the basic essential of hot water. Speaking with owners we have all tried to stay positive as Bansko is a lovely place and seemed to cast a spell for us to return each year. Oh my God! When we arrived in Bansko this ski season we could not believe our eyes, it was magical, snowing and lit up what a surprise we had a completed complex and hotel in full swing, the spa was running, the courtesy bus more frequently, the bar food excellent and the staff friendly we had a lovely holiday and returned again in March. Greenlife have delivered, and to a high standard. I have no concerns that PV will now flourish throughout the ski season. However, we were made aware by ORCO that the complex would close for the summer and owners have commented that we are back to the restrictions on the hot water, a smelly outside pool and no repairs had been attended to around the tiling area on the pool, this is very disappointing and frustrating. It is important for us to establish the rights that Green-life, ORCO and the owners have in the future decisions made for PV and for us all to work collectively and positively. The problem is that when we all go back home everybody runs busy lives. I am happy to help but have little knowledge of how a committee/residence association should be formed so that that our issues/suggestions are collectively received once we have established to whom they should be directed. If anybody can help explain how to form the committee or are not part of the owners list please get in touch so that I can add your details. For anybody travelling to Bansko in the meantime please collect any new owner’s details and pass them on.
